Raina Liarna Dana Masters.
What's your background and where are you currently living?
I'm from a big family. I'm the fourth child out of eight. I was born in Auckland. My father is a policeman and my mother is a teacher. I'm currently living in beautiful sunny Nelson!
What was it like growing up in Nelson?
Nelson is very quiet. I'm grateful for growing up here because it's a safe environment but as you get older there aren't many opportunities.
What are you into in high school?
My passions in school are performing arts, media studies and photography. I really enjoy the art side at my school and Nayland College has a good reputation for their performing arts.
What did you do for your last birthday?
I had a joint party for my 17th birthday with a close friend. It was dress up themed with a good crowd of close friends!
If you could choose to stay a certain age forever what would it be?
Either five, when you don't have a care in the world or 21 because you have no wrinkles and you've passed the stage of pimples! 21 just seems like a fun age.
If you could have any animal as a pet, what would you choose?
A monkey definitely, just like Michael Jackson.
What scares you most?
Everything about the ocean scares me. I don't mind boats but just the feeling of not seeing what's around you or under you scares me.
Best piece of advice you ever received?
A man on a plane told me this and I will never forget it "Ability gets you to the top, but it takes character to keep you there."
What is a skill you wish you possessed?
Singing — I reckon being able to sing would be awesome. I wish i could have Beyoncé's voice or Whitney Houston's.
What fictional character to you most relate to, and why?
I get called Dory a lot...
What celebrity do you have a crush on?
Johnny Depp; in my eyes he's the world's best actor. He's humble and good looking.
Best YouTube clip you've ever seen?
My Favourite boys from Nelson.
Which 3 people (dead or alive) would be your dream party guests?
Do you prefer crowds, small groups or being alone?
Small groups. I'm a social butterfly and love crowds but in small groups no one gets left out.
What's in rotation on your iPod at the moment?
Ed Sheeran's new album,
X. His voice is unbelievable and something I can fall asleep too.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
